TCU Track and Field Recruiting Class of 2024
FTR ALUM DREW OLIVER
TCU track and field's 2024 signing class arrived on campus a month ago, boasting some of the country's top talent. The incoming freshmen and transfers aim to put the Horned Frogs back in the national spotlight and compete for Big 12 Championships in both cross country and on the track.
Director of Track and Field Khadevis Robinson and his staff brought in 19 athletes, featuring the best in the state of Texas. The class, which features multiple All-Americans, national champions, national record holders and state title winners, is ready to make waves at TCU and strengthen the foundation of the program.
"I'm truly excited about everyone that we have brought to TCU in this recruiting class," said Robinson. "We signed a few of the top talents in the nation in the class of 2024. The coaching staff did an excellent job of creating relationships with each prospect and showing how we can help them achieve their goals as we look to fulfill our goals as a program. When you can go against the other schools in the country and land the likes of an Indya Mayberry, a top three sprinter in both the 100m and 200m, and then go and get Preston Kuznoff, a top three javelin thrower, that is when you are making waves. We have elevated all fronts of the program this year, which include the short sprints, jumps, hurdles, throws, and distance. Overall, we did a great job recruiting top talent nationwide and statewide, which will forge our ascension within the Big 12 Conference and the national rankings."
