Fast Track Coaching provides private coaching services to athletes of all abilities who are looking to compete at a higher level. Coach Wood has coached numerous NCAA Division I All-Americans including former NCAA American 1500m record-holder Kyle Merber, 2017 World Championship's 1500m finalist Johnny Gregorek, Olympians Erison Hurtault (400m) and Lisa Stublic (Marathon), Caroline Bierbaum (NCAA XC Women's MVP) and Waverly Neer (15:37 - 5k). In addition, Coach Wood led his teams to numerous Ivy League XC Championships and top 20 NCAA Division I finishes.

In addition, since the inception of our coaching program, our runners have produced numerous national top-ten high school performances, state championship performances and PR’s! In fact on two occasions our athletes were named the Milesplit National Performer of the Week!
