Why I Chose the University of Miami

I chose the University of Miami because both the academics and the D1 running program are a perfect fit for me. On my official visit, I felt an instant connection to the coach and the athletes on the team. It was immediately clear to me that it was a great environment for me to continue my running career, and help me move up to the next level.

On top of this, the University of Miami has a beautiful campus with top notch athletic facilities, and is surrounded by an amazing city. Overall, it is the perfect place to achieve my academic and athletic goals, and I’m extremely excited to spend the next four years at such a great school! Go Canes!
