recruiting advice from FSU coach!

I stumbled upon an awesome interview conducted by Bryan Drotar. He asks Florida State University Head Coach, Bob Braman several questions about the recruiting process. Coach Braman is spot on and offers great advice. His "One of the biggest mistakes I see of recruits is sending generic emails.  Don’t send out 100 emails and see who bites.  Do research and find the talent level that fits yours, as well as schools within your financial capability" resonated with me deeply. I would occasionally receive emails addressed to rival coaches.
